Heather and Michael had their June wedding in Glen Arbor at this little church at Old Settlers Park. They invited close family and friends to enjoy their intimate ceremony, with a reception in the park. They had an huge spread of food for everyone to enjoy and delicious pastries for dessert. Can Geoff and I get married again and do this? Cause I loved it. The little church in the park was cute and charming and they enjoyed their first dance with an incredible view of the lake. What more could you ask for? I would do this one over in a heart beat!
We captured a bit of Heather getting ready and she was beyond nervous which I actually really loved about her and this day. Don’t get me wrong, I love a calm, excited bride but there was just something so raw and real about Heather’s nerves. She was shaking while trying to do her hair and make up and as soon as she was all situated in her dress she found herself crying. Heather was so sweet and I truly adored this about her. Wedding days are full of emotions and this to me was as true as it gets. Shakes, tears and happy nerves.
